Timurbay Seafront Retreat

Resort-themed residence and retreat perched literally on the pristine Balok Beach of Malaysian East coast may have an appeal, yet it faced the challenges of going up against perception competition from other properties, not only from the same area but also other heavier marketed competition from the West coast, the Klang Valley and others in the region.

Positioning the natural and strategic benefits and integrating them into the brand strategy, naming, design and communications alignment led TimurBay to stand its own in carving out its brand space.
